Bonnie Rae, age 66, of Rice Lake, WI, died Saturday, February 27, 2010 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on June 16, 1943 in Rice Lake, WI to Alfred and Doris (Reichert) Williams. Bonnie was a waitress in LaCrosse, WI for many years and was also a homemaker raising her family. Bonnie Williams was married to George Charles Rae on June 21, 1969 in Rice Lake. She loved to cross stitch, embroider, work crossword puzzles and being with her pets. Bonnie was a member of the Women of the Moose for over 30 years.
Bonnie Rae is survived by 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Betty & Don Vana of Chetek, WI, Rose & Jeff Walker and Mary Rae all of Rice Lake, WI; 2 sons and daughters-in-law, John & Lori Rae and Charles & Staci Rae all of Rice Lake, WI; 8 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren; 3 sisters, Shelvy Matton of Rice Lake, WI, Dawn Johnson of Chippewa Falls, WI and Kathy Toufar of Rice Lake, WI; 4 brothers, Bobby, Terry, DeWayne and Steve Williams all of Rice Lake, WI; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Charles Rae on February 6, 2000; her parents, Alfred and Doris Williams; and a brother.
Funeral Services and Women of the Moose Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at Appleyard's Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, WI, Rev. Donald Berry officiating, with interment in the Nora Cemetery in Rice Lake. Friends may call from 11 AM - 1 PM Tuesday at Appleyard's Home for Funerals. Pallbearers - John Rae, Charles Rae, Jeff Walker, Jason Rae, Travis Rae, Matson Walker and Conrad Nelson-Rae.
